J&M Coin & Jewellery Ltd. is Looking for E-Commerce Assistant Full Time

J&M Coin & Jewellery Ltd. is looking for an experienced person to work in their Vancouver store to list coins and products on eBay, Amazon, and similar online venues, managing inventory, corresponding with clients, and related tasks.

Duties include updating and managing inventory as it comes in and out of the warehouse, fulfill online orders from our ecommerce channels, answer customer inquiries surrounding shipping, returns and exchanges, reviews, packaging in a professional and courteous manner, fulfillment processing, social media posting, and data entry.

Qualifications

– Knowledge of eCommerce sites like Amazon, Etsy and eBay

– Sales transactions and use of the Point of Sale (POS) software

– Minimum 1 year experience of customer service, retail or fulfillment experience preferred

– Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

– Able to multitask and accomplish tasks for rush deadlines

– Tidy and organized working personality, able to work with minimal guidance

– Hardworking and driven with a passion for customer service

– Competent in Google Docs, Microsoft suite, and general computer usage

Employment type: Full time, Monday to Friday

Compensation: $18 – $20/hr. depending on qualifications
