What this opportunity involves
The JLL Talent Acquisition Team is seeking an energetic, driven and self-motivated Talent Acquisition Consultant with proven experience in Agency and/or Internal Recruitment. You will be able to operate in a fast paced, high volume environment and love the thrill of securing world class talent for our clients and stakeholders.
A snapshot of the role:
Your mandate will include managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for positions across the Property sphere. Given the tremendous scale, scope and diversity of our many business lines, you’ll obtain great exposure to various role types across the business.
A crucial facet includes building and leveraging key stakeholder relationships, whilst developing and taking to market strategic and proactive sourcing strategies. You have the ability to identify and attract talent in an increasingly difficult market, with the capacity to manage a high volume of positions.
Other duties include:
Partnering with Hiring Managers to determine hiring plans and executing the best sourcing strategy
Compliance with our recruitment approval processes
Developing sourcing plans aimed at attracting both large volumes of candidates and also individual specialists
Applying a range of recruitment techniques and active approaches to engage with the candidate market
Effectively communicating the JLL brand, what we do, our culture and environment
Getting to know your market, candidates by advertising, reviewing resumes, completing initial phone screens, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, making recommendations
Exploring best market practices relating to talent acquisition
Proactively manage day to day processes in Workday ensuring data integrity, reporting, candidate communications remain consistent

You will have experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally gained within a fast paced recruitment agency, looking to break into your first internal role (candidates already working in an internal capacity will also be strongly considered) A superior client service orientation, with the ability to build strong relationships and engage across all levels of the organisation will be critical to your success as is the capacity to produce large volumes of work quickly, meeting several priorities at once. Attention to detail, communication (verbal and written) with the capacity to pick up systems and technology will be paramount. Above all you have a positive outlook, are a true team player and someone who thrives on adding value and making a significant contribution.
