What this opportunity involves:
We are looking for a Finance Manager for Property Management Operations to join our team at the Floreat Forum Centre in Perth. This is a full-time, permanent position with standard hours of 8:30-5PM. You will help the team with lease administration, including setting up leases, invoices, arrears, cash flow management, financial report management, forecasting, and budgets for tenants.
An overview of the role:
Day-to-day financial management and administration duties for Floreat Forum and West Leederville Shopping Centre, in accordance with duties identified within the management agreement. You will be in charge of managing the financial and administrative processes to the highest professional standards in order to maximise the nett return to the owner
You will be responsible for:
End-to-end management of the center’s finance operations
Responsible for lease administration, including lease setup and ensuring that invoices are correct.
Creating new invoices for tenants
Financial reporting management
Managing two different shopping centres and building relationships with the retailers
Ensure risk management practices are applied

Employee Specification
Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial property management experience is required (or a similar role), and knowledge of property financial package MRI is highly desirable but not required.
Degree in Financial Management/Accounting is required
CPA qualification is highly desirable
Excellent computer skills in all Office applications, but strong Excel skills with experience in pivot tables, look ups and multi-dimensional formulas
Knowledge of the Retail Tenancy Act is desirable.
Customer service experience is also highly desirable
