What this opportunity involves:
We’re looking for a personable, professional and proactive Facilities Administrator to join our service delivery team to support our Government Client tenantsgers

In this varied and busy role, you’ll work closely with the Facilities Management team with operational activities in accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk.

A snapshot of the role;

Ensure vendors are managed, delivering services on time and within budget

Proactively engage stakeholder’s to ensure clients’ needs are met

Ensuring building condition and property classification data are properly managed

Coordinate activities to ensure that the integrity of the equipment is maintained

Support Facility Managers in the issuing and management of essential service, maintenance contracts

Oversee service requests via helpdesk and ensure allocation of works to internal team and contractors
