Our Property Asset Management team work at the heart of buildings, also ensuring the building is safe, clean and everything is in good working order. However, our true value add for our clients is putting our customers first and creating places that people want to be.

What this opportunity involves:
The Administration Coordinator will assist with the day-to-day management activities across for one of JLL’s premium assets. This role will assist all Building and Owners Corporation Management staff by providing support to them who have responsibilities for site budgets, accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, contract services, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk.

The Administration Coordinator role is integral to the overall performance of the on-site management team.

Key responsibilities:
Coordination of meetings and invitations

Attend to minutes of regular meetings

Organise quotations for/with management staff for both operational and capital expenditure

Raise purchase orders for management staff.

Generally, assist the Finance Manager with day-to-day duties and liaison amongst team

Ensure escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures are implemented and maintained

Aid the planning and implementation of environmental and sustainability initiatives

So what are we looking for?

This role is an ideal entry level role for a graduate or for someone looking to enhance their Property Management skills and enter the Property world within a high-performance team focused on Premium Service delivery within a multiple stakeholder environment.

Tertiary degree qualified person in Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Property, Built Environment, Building or equivalent that can be applied to the management of property.

Or a demonstrated understanding of Customer Service within Retail or Hospitality

Self-motivated and a willingness to learn the industry

Have the ability to communicate with people at all levels
