A rare opportunity has arisen to work for an iconic Australian retailer in the Home-wears & Bedding industry.

You will be working with the Talent Manager to identify the business recruitment needs, building a recruitment and attraction strategy and creating a talent pipeline of qualified candidates. You will be collaborating with the HR colleagues to provide the best customer experience for the team and their candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Partnering with stakeholders to build effective sourcing and assessment approaches with an ability to manage expectations
• Managing the complete lifecycle of the candidate journey
• Supporting with strategies to increase diverse talent across the business
• Developing and maintain a network of candidates through effectively sourcing and on-going relationship management.
• Developing talent maps through pro-active market research and leveraging candidate network
• Partnering with HRBP and wider HR team in relation to appropriate candidate remuneration, mobility and visa queries.
• Supporting with wider TA strategies with ideas and approaches related to recruitment of talent that will contribute to better ways of working
• Being a brand ambassador by living the business values across all actions

WHO YOU ARE?

• You have recruitment experience within an established internal and/or external recruitment function
• You have a clear understanding of Recruitment processes and standards relevant to own discipline.
• You have expert sourcing skills with experience in managing multiple searches either inhouse or within agency
• You have experience of engaging with passive candidates using varied sourcing methods
• You have experience of developing and effectively hiring from Talent Pools
• You have experience of using innovative approaches to source, attract and build talent pools
• You have a strong understanding of external best practice and trends in Talent Acquisition
