About The Role

We’re looking for a personal assistant to work in partnership with one of our Founders and Co-CEO, Travis Leon primarily on his non-office activities. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys the variety of tasks, rapid pace and complex troubleshooting that comes from working with an entrepreneur. When done successfully, this high impact role is all about enablement. We need you to be thinking several steps ahead to remove obstacles and free up capacity so Travis can be focused on business critical activities. You’ll need to be adept at juggling multiple time sensitive tasks simultaneously, and clearly communicate the status of requests without dragging Travis into the details.

About Travis

Travis is a founder that still plays a very active role in sales, constantly meeting clients on behalf of the company. He has previously built and sold successful businesses, so this isn’t his first venture.

Travis leads a very active lifestyle with frequent travel and social engagements. As a single man without family commitments these can sometimes be last minute arrangements and so he is looking for someone that is responsive, learns quickly and feels comfortable making suggestions to help bring structure and planning into his life. Due to international travel, this may mean occasionally (but not regularly) being on call outside of normal 9-5 hours.

You’ll be…

• Primarily supporting personal admin such as appointment bookings, tax filings, item returns and dinner reservations, working in partnership with his office based assistant that will support with professional admin
• Coordinating travel bookings and all associated trip logistics
• Working 1 on 1 in a close and trusted relationship with Travis, where you will be privy to sensitive information that needs to be handled with utmost care
• Writing notes during meetings and following up on any agreed actions
• Triaging and responding to emails on behalf of Travis
• Scheduling meetings
• Planning thoughtful gifts for special occasions
• Helping with coordinate an apartment move and associated design tasks

• Above all else, efficiency and pragmatism when it comes to getting things done promptly
• To be renowned for your epic organisational skills
• A proactive approach. Ideally you’re continually learning the signals that allow you to preempt needs and stay one step ahead, so you seem like a magic mindreader
• Impeccable but concise written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in a fast paced environment, ideally with a founder or entrepreneur
• Complete trustworthiness as you will have access to financial information
