Job role / duties;
Administration & co-ordination of training across the business
Follow up on inductions & courses
Ensure employee databases are up to date & all new starters have been added
Liaise with employees, managers and SMT to ensure adherence to L&D process
Assist with Recruitment & On-boarding
Assist with contracts & follow up
Conduct branch visits for onsite training
Business administration
To Be Considered For This Role You MUST
Be an experienced administrator/co-ordinator
Have excellent written & verbal communication skills
Have excellent IT skills
Be thorough & organised
Have strong attention to detail
Full UK Driving Licence
