We are looking for a Full Time Talent Acquisition and Workforce Manager for up to 12 month Contract to join JewishCares People & Culture Team based in Bondi Junction.

As our Talent Acquisition and Workforce Manager, you will play a key role in supporting, organising, advising, and executing various P & C and Talent Acquisition activities. Based in our offices in Bondi Junction, not only will you be challenged in your role, the people you place will directly impact the lives of those needing help in our community.

In this role, you will:

• Source and attract candidates through talent databases, social media and community groups;
• Perform general HR and Recruitment administration duties;
• Manage the administration of Human Resources systems including all recruitment, induction, onboarding (ELMO system) and assist with other related systems;
• Own the process of onboarding, ensuring all new employees complete processes, are set up and have IT and mobility devices related to their role as they commence;
• Work with the Managers, IT team and other staff to identify and solve any HR issues;
• Assist the Chief People Officer with day to day HR duties.

Qualifications

For this role as a Talent Acquisition and Workforce Manager, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or Industrial Relations;
• At least 3 years previous experience in a Human Resources or related role;
• Previous experience in setting up and managing HR business software;
• Knowledge of major funding sources and their impact on the organisation;
• Ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders;
• Excellent attention to detail and process-driven;
• Excellent time management skills;
• Advanced skills in Outlook, Word and Excel;
• Membership of AHRI;

The salary is dependent on qualifications and experience.
