Our team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join us. In this varied and challenging role, you will develop and implement the recruitment strategy for our Head Office & Tech business areas. Leading and inspiring a growing Talent Acquisition team, you will use your strategic and commercial mindset to build an inclusive hiring strategy, ensuring we continue to attract highly skilled, diverse and passionate candidates to our growing business.

Developing strong partnerships with key stakeholders, you will create and influence recruitment strategies to find and hire exceptional talent for a market leading and data driven business. You will continually add value through the improvement of recruitment processes, systems and selection tools. Your day-to-day management of the Head Office and IT Talent Acquisition team will ensure delivery of an efficient, cost effective and truly candidate focussed recruitment service at all times. We’re looking for a proven Talent Acquisition Manager with personality and creativity. Ideally, you will have managed a recruitment team across the professional areas in a Head Office function. You’ll be used to a fast paced, dynamic environment and be able to deliver high quality work quickly, maintaining excellent attention to detail. You will have strong knowledge of UK employment law and experience working with eRecruitment systems.
