Reporting to the General Manager – Volume Recruitment, the Recruiter is responsible ensuring the successful delivery of successful volume campaign for Jet2 and will manage the day to day recruitment process for your business areas – including writing job adverts, promoting opportunities and developing attraction strategies, organising and conducting Interviews and Assessment Days, managing the offer process for successful candidates and campaign analysis during and post season to ensure we are working effectively to identify and secure the right candidates.

You will ensure the best possible candidate experience is delivered through ensuring effective communication with candidates and proactive attraction strategies. Key to this role is the ability to develop strong working relationships with stakeholders, providing advice and guidance as necessary and acting as a trusted business partner at all times. You will work closely with our HR colleagues (HR Business Partners, Payroll and Onboarding) to ensure a joined up approach and will regularly report on key recruitment metrics and KPIs and ensure the Jet2.com Leadership behaviours are embedded in our key processes.

This role is based at our Leeds City Centre Commercial Head Office but will involve hybrid working (3 days from home each week). As you will be working remotely you must have a suitable working space and highspeed broadband connection at home. You must also be based in the UK.

The successful candidate will have experience in a high volume, fast paced recruitment environment and a demonstrable understanding of recruitment practices and processes. You will have strong planning & organisational skills with excellent attention to detail, able to execute at pace and ideally experience of managing or leading a team of Recruiters. As a Recruiter will manage a wide range of stakeholders simultaneously, demonstrating excellent communication skills, recruitment industry insight and effective influencing skills.
