- Work in all aspects of customer service.
- Answer phones and enter Work orders
- Schedule delivery appointments.
- Timely completion of day to day office tasks such as data entry, misc. paperwork, filing etc.
Position Responsibilities :
- Accurate data entry and organization skills
- Capable of multi-tasking and juggling assignments
- Excellent customer service in person, on the phone, and via email
- Clerical duties including filing, faxing, scanning, etc
- Professional support of office and driver staff
- Ability to work well with a diverse group of people
Our Ideal Candidate is :
- Able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
- Have strong communication, customer service, and support skills
- Reliable and dependable with a history of very few missed work days
