Responsibilities include:

· Collect timesheets, tips, bonuses, etc and process payroll for over 500 emplyees

· Analyze timesheets and pay errors; work with management to prevent errors

· Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions

· Verify and maintain accuracy of employment forms

· Prepare and process wage garnishments

· Report on payroll expenses and trends

· Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations

· Prepare and process pay for terminations and pay corrections

Qualifications:

· Fast, accurate data entry skills

· Ability to utilize Microsoft Office, mainly Excel

· Extremely detail oriented and organized

· Dependable and reliable

· Self-motivated

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
