We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in our new office. The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative and customer service tasks. This person will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing support to our Operations Assistant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as being self-motivated, friendly, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent with numbers and can manage time well, are passionate about helping customers and have a commitment to providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers, vendors, & visitors to the office
• Answering phones, transferring calls to managers as appropriate
• Receiving customer orders and dispatching orders via email or phone
• Assisting customers with questions & concerns
• Helping customers make payments by phone if needed
• Filing & organizing tickets, invoices, & other records
• Scanning invoices, tickets, and other important documents
• Entering deposits into software system
• Entering tickets, invoices, and other records into software system
• Maintain overall office appearance by cleaning if necessary
• Monitoring & ordering office supplies
• Submitting work orders and repairs for general office space to appropriate personnel
• Providing feedback to the appropriate managers regarding customer questions or concerns
• Assist the Operations Assistant with data entry and backup as needed
