Position Summary: Jerry’s Homes is seeking qualified candidates with a Positive Can-Do Attitude to manage floor plans and exterior designs. This position works closely with our Design Team to help facilitate a best in class experience for customers buying or building a new home. Requirements:

• Experience with Auto-CAD/Rev-It Software

• Ability to read, edit, and interpret residential architectural drawings

• Understand the basics of Microsoft Software suite

• Knowledge of current homebuilding architecture trends in the market

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Task driven with a high attention to detail and organization

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Create and design new floor plans
• Modify floorplans as required for spec & custom homes

• Attend Sales Meetings with custom home buyers to review and edit floorplans along with structural changes as required

• Partner with vendors to complete designs, layouts, and docs

• Work closely with the Field Operations Team to ensure timely and accurate information is provided for new home starts

Pay: $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
