Position: Director of Business Development

The Director of Business Development (the “Director”) is responsible for being the chief “Implementer and Executor” of the acquisition of new customers, primarily at the corporate and senior leadership level. The Director will be expected to work masterfully and efficiently to deliver Baseline’s long-term corporate and tactical business development strategies with the highest standards of excellence and operating discipline. The Director must be a strong self-leader and self-motivator with a strong passion for the Oil and Gas business, achieving growth goals, and team work with others.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Basic/Required:

· Legally authorized to work in the United States

· 10+ years of industry experience in the energy and/or petrochemical industry or investment banking

· 5+ years in business development

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Preferred:

· 10+ years of industry experience including strategy, structuring, and/or business development in the Energy industry

· Experience in one or more of the focus areas: Fracturing Equipment, Power Generation, Oil and Gas Operators, and Oil and Gas Business Market.

· Experience creating financial and probabilistic models

· Influencing skills, including the ability to work across departmental and functional boundaries in a matrix organization

· Strong facilitation skills – ability to manage upwards and help secure understanding, ownership, and commitment to activity timings, within key discipline leads

· Ability to deliver on commitments and use sound business judgment

· Ability to think strategically and develop business opportunities which anticipate market changes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
