We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead the recruitment of top talent into our successful retail teams. Day to day you will be accountable for the design and delivery of recruitment campaigns, proactively networking and attracting passive candidates within the market via headhunting activities and promoting the Jensten Employee brand externally via various streams.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager you will be part of the wider people team, providing best in class employee experiences and a great place to work and grow. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter with insurance experience looking to make their first step into an internal talent role. Or an experienced Talent Business Partner looking for a new challenge in an ambitious and high growth company.

Role Purpose:

Leveraging relationships and promoting our Employer Brand you will seek to attract top talent to our business via an omni channel approach.

You will embed yourself in the retail business meeting with Regional Directors and have a strong dotted line into the Retail MD and be an integral part of the leadership team. You will provide insight to market trends, competitor analysis and a steady flow of passive candidates from the market.

Key Accountabilities:

• Bringing in great people to join our business
• Driving a direct hire model that attracts top talent in a timely way that will help to drive our growth objectives
• Accountable for delivery against KPIs of quality, time, cost, sourcing mix and candidate/line manager experience and scoring a consistently positive NPS
• Promoting the recruitment of a Diverse and Inclusive talent pool to enhance the values and culture of the Jensten Group

Key Competencies:

• Experienced recruiter either agency or in-house, highly desirable that experience has been gained recruiting in retail insurance broking or regulated financial services
• Sound knowledge and experience with different effective selection and assessment techniques
