We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead the recruitment of top talent into our successful retail teams. Day to day you will be accountable for the design and delivery of recruitment campaigns, proactively networking and attracting passive candidates within the market via headhunting activities and promoting the Jensten Employee brand externally via various streams.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager you will be part of the wider people team, providing best in class employee experiences and a great place to work and grow. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter with insurance experience looking to make their first step into an internal talent role. Or an experienced Talent Business Partner looking for a new challenge in an ambitious and high growth company.
Role Purpose:
Leveraging relationships and promoting our Employer Brand you will seek to attract top talent to our business via an omni channel approach.
You will embed yourself in the retail business meeting with Regional Directors and have a strong dotted line into the Retail MD and be an integral part of the leadership team. You will provide insight to market trends, competitor analysis and a steady flow of passive candidates from the market.
