JENNMAR Services is looking for an exceptional recruiting specialist at our corporate headquarters in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. We are seeking a highly motivated individual, dedicated to creating unique strategies in order to attract high quality candidates for a wide range of opportunities. Qualifications / Requirements.

• Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Social media proficiency to connect / network with active and passive candidates.
• Telephone communication skills. Ability to drive conversation while carefully screening applicants over the phone. Cold calling required.
• Drive to achieve results and the ability to source new strategies / tactics in order to reach goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
