Role Overview:

They are seeking a vibrant, enthusiastic, and highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join the team in Brisbane or Sydney. You will play a major role in contributing to the expansion of their extremely successful, growing business solutions company. As the Snr Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of creating successful projects and ensuring clients are referenceable. You will also be part of the PMO team, collaborating with a network of capable Project Management professionals to drive ongoing process improvement in the company’s methodology and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver large ERP projects, with a focus on Microsoft AX / F&O implementations and upgrades.
• Successfully deliver multiple concurrent projects, showcasing your expertise in complex Project Management.
• Utilize your experience in Agile or hybrid Agile methodologies to drive project success.
• Implement Risk Management and Change Management strategies effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Drive results and continuously seek opportunities for improvement and growth.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Proven vendor-side consulting, delivery, and project management experience.
• Full lifecycle implementation and upgrade experience in multiple ERP projects, preferably in Microsoft AX / F&O.
• At least 5-6 years of experience in complex Project Management, with PRINCE2 certification as an advantage.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated to make an impact within a consulting and solutions environment.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills to lead and inspire project teams.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid Agile methodologies, adaptable to different methodologies and tools.
• LCS & DevOps experience will be advantageous.
• Results-focused and committed to delivering successful outcomes for clients and the organization.
