We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our market presence and drive growth in Melbourne.

Position Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market reach and driving revenue growth in Australia. You will be responsible for targeting state and federal accounts, as well as new sectors, by leveraging your expertise in SaaS sales, prospecting, and solution-based selling. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling RegTech, Compliance, Workflow, or Technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with key stakeholders in state and federal accounts, as well as target sectors including healthcare, aged care, transport/logistics, and utilities.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, pain points, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that address client challenges and deliver value.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects, clients, and industry partners.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and s to management.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of successful SaaS sales experience, preferably in the Governance, Compliance, or Risk/Regulatory Technology space.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong prospecting and hunting skills with a focus on new business development.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage with C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
