The Role

Jellysmack is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team.

This position requires extensive collaboration with different managers. You will lead the hiring strategy and operations for a business unit or department in the United States.

Your Responsibilities

• Attract top notch diverse talent to meet our current and future needs on various positions across the USA
• Manage the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to managing candidate onsite and onboarding within your scope
• Connect with several key candidate sourcing channels and organize the necessary hiring events to drive a high volume of qualified talent into our process
• Be in charge of your scope’s hiring strategy and KPIs driving hiring performance as well as candidate and hiring manager experience satisfaction
• Partner directly with US hiring managers to anticipate hiring needs and coach them on our best recruiting practices
• Be a true culture ambassador to spread internally and externally Jellysmack culture

Requirements

• You have 10+ years of experience in recruiting (in hiring departments, sourcing companies…)
• You are a hands-on business recruiter with strong proven results in a scale up environment ideally
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• You should be data-driven and very much oriented towards your impact on the business and the organization
• A standout team member who is agile, flexible, innovative, determined and positive
• Previous experience as a people manager is a plus.
