Jefferies Hiring for Executive Assistant – Healthcare at New York, NY Full Time

Primary Responsibilities

• Supporting Investment bankers from junior to senior level
• Maintain executives’ calendar, schedule all meetings, and conference calls, handle meeting conflicts and prioritization issues
• Prepare and submit all expense s
• Maintain executives CRM
• Coordinate travel both domestic and international
• Hours are 8am -5pm, in the office Monday -Thursday working remote on Friday

Required Background/Skills:

• Must have 5 – 10 years’ experience working in Investment Banking supporting Investment Banking executives.
• Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Experience processing expense s for executives
• Must be an enthusiastic, positive team player who is willing to help and who works well with colleagues

The salary range for this role is $70,000-$110,000
