Controller

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepares timely and accurate financial statements and analysis for organization
• Coordinates supervision and leadership of Cost Analyst, A/P, Administrative Assistant and Switchboard operator
• Develops and implements financial policies, procedures and work instructions
• Responsible for the reconciliation of key balance sheet accounts, specifically inter-company accounts and other selected balance sheet accounts
• Develop and implement credit policies
• Routinely works on projects to continuously improve policies, procedures, controls and financial reporting
• Assist in the development of forecasts and budgets
• Develop capital expenditure budgets
• Evaluate current cost allocation methodologies and initiate improvements
• Coordinates count controls and valuation methods for physical inventory. Assist planning department with conducting physical inventories. Ensure proper calculation of physical inventory.
• Produce monthly reports analyzing operations performance against plans for organization
• Communicate non-routine transactions with CFO and President
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay

Experience:

• GAAP: 1 year (Preferred)
• Controllers: 1 year (Preferred)
