THE OPPORTUNITY

An opportunity has arisen to join our vibrant Marketing Team as a Social Media and Content Coordinator based at our National Support Centre in Hawthorn. As part of the Marketing team, you will play an integral role in driving commercial success across our Jeanswest business.

ing directly to our Head of Marketing, this role is responsible for planning and creating exciting content to assist in bringing the Jeanswest brand to life on all forms of social media and other digital platforms to grow the brands presence and key metrics.

Currently operating on a HYBRID MODEL – Option to WFH 1 day a week & 4 days in our centrally located office in Hawthorn.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing the Jeanswest social media platform content from end to end.
• Ensuring engaging and informative digital creative and communication is developed to drive the Jeanswest brand across the website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Content creation from monthly marketing campaigns, additional shoots and influencer content as well as monitoring performance and placements.
• Create best practice content that aligns with the tone and branding of Jeanswest.
• Play a supportive role to the digital team and work closely on all aspects of campaigns and performance.
• Influencer outreach, management and negotiating business deliverables.
• Sending out influencer product and ensuring content is posted within the required guideline and timeframe.
• Working with influencers to generate on-trend content to be used across multiple digital platforms.
• Provide on hand support to marketing manager in operating the campaign shoots.
• Participate in communications scheduling.
• Monitor the Jeanswest social voice and consumer sentiment and respond to consumer messages on social media according to the brands response time objectives.
• Co-ordinate the weekly social media performance analytics.
• Collaboration with the Product & Design team to keep abreast of collections, new launches and initiatives and how best to communicate them to our customers.
• Co-ordinating and writing blog content in line with campaigns, special projects and articles of interest for the Jeanswest customer.
• Undertake and support other ad-hoc projects and tasks as requested.
