And now, JD Sports is on the lookout for a tech savvy go getter, with a passion for operations and tech to join the Digital team as the Multi-Channel Support Assistant.

The Multi-Channel Support Assistant is responsible for installing, improving, updating, and supporting all Multichannel devices. This is an exciting role that is in the thick of the action, as you will be required to work offsite across our retail network to manage and maintain all devices, as well as any contractors.

Reporting into the Multi-Channel Operations & Technology Lead, this role will also be involved in key projects across the Digital space to ensure consistency and ‘best-in-class in-store digital’ is executed across JD Sports Australia & New Zealand.

Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited) to the following:

• Installing all Multichannel devices in new stores and ensuring devices are functional for opening day
• Ongoing Hardware and Software support for all in-store devices
• Maintaining and prioritising support ticket queue
• Logging device issues and liaising with UK Multichannel Support Team
• Completing regular checks to make sure the relevant content is displaying on live devices
• Improving and updating the current hardware and applications
• Documenting and maintaining a Device register
• Documenting and maintaining Device User Guides
• Provide training and support to Store Managers
• Updating local stakeholders of new tech opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the store managers, key stakeholders, and staff in stores
• Project Management and liaising with internal & external stakeholders to deliver any technology or operations related projects

Who You Are

• Experience working in Retail
• Strong Excel and Outlook skills
• Strong influencing and problem solving skills
• Highly organised and able to meet deadlines, if not exceed
• Tech savvy
• Loves a challenge and a fast-paced environment!
