Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collate and upload live vacancies onto ATS, company website and other resourcing outlet
• Directly resource appropriate candidates for the talent bank using a number of outlets and tools
• Manage the talent bank of candidates via regular communication and updates
• Collate CVs and create short-lists, follow up for feedback and ensure this is given to all applicants, successful or unsuccessful
• Manage and keep up to date the applicant tracking system
• Screening/Interviewing candidates for suitability of role
• Arrange interviews
• Collate interview packs & all necessary documents for interviews
• Candidate onboarding paperwork and completed and submitted to HR
• Candidate onboarding communications completed
• Ensure all right to work documentation is correct, collated is submitted to HR
• Complete general administration duties
• All Talent data tracked accurately
