The ideal candidate would have experience growing and maintaining deposit relationships while working with a range of healthcare clients/ institutions. Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships with various healthcare institutions in the designated portfolio. Act as the key liaison for clients, understanding their deposit needs, offering guidance, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Would be identifying opportunities for deposit acquisition from healthcare institutions while evaluating their deposit requirements and implementing strategies to secure deposit partnerships.
• Identify prospects for cross-selling supplementary banking products and services to existing healthcare clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years working as a Relationship Manager or in a similar role within the banking or financial services sector.
• Deep focus on deposit acquisition with experience in serving healthcare clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
