Job Type: Temp To Perm
Term: July 2022 – end March 2023, with the possibility to move to permanent after
Hours: 37.5 hours per week between 8.30 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday
Reporting to: HR Executive in London, with an overview from CFO/COO & HR Director

Your job as part of our Global Support Division is fundamentally to ensure all our employees can concentrate on their day-to-day roles in an organised, inviting, and safe environment.

We are looking for a proactive and confident HR Executive who will act as the first point of contact for any HR requests for our Xander brand and be able to assist our other HR Executive in London. Excellent levels of customer service, efficiency, approachability, confidence, and well developed
organisational skills will be essential.

Key tasks and responsibilities;

HR

• On-boarding new starters, from Offers, pre-start checks, on-boarding documentation, and first day welcome
• Manage leaver process
• Issue Training & Employee contracts
• Manage Employee Benefits
• Maintaining internal policy documentation
• Day to day HR includes, but is not limited to, Reports, Holiday requests, and other absences

The ideal candidate would have a great eye for detail, have the ability to multitask, and would be an extremely proactive and efficient individual who is comfortable and confident in communicating with all levels.

• Degree educated
• Previous experience working within a similar role preferably
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel are desired.
• Within commuting distance of London Liverpool Street station.
