Responsibility:
- Provide exceptional customer service experience by greeting, listening, and assisting customers in exceeding their needs
- Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of the product
- Follow and achieve individual and store goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Assist management with operational procedures and visual standards
- Show passion for fashion and luxury products
- Knowledgeable in the use of social media
- Maintain a teamwork attitude with management and colleagues
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of previous retail sales experience preferably in luxury
- Possess excellent communication skills in both spoken and written forms
- Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals
- Has a genuine interest in fashion and follows trends
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Available to work closing shifts, weekends and holiday season
