JBC Hiring for PRODUCTION MANAGER – Denim at Los Angeles, California Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with PD team on production hand offs and standards
• Taking from PD person, passing off to wash approval stage and then taking the product through delivery. 
• Chase down samples- if needed
• Delivering product is going to be their #1 KPI.

Requirements

• NEED to have strong import experience
• NEED to have denim experience, as this is a denim only role
• NEED to have experience adhering to timelines
• NEED to have experience working factories and understanding their process to avoid problems.
• NEED to have experience working other countries and have an understanding that different countries communication/function differently. Being culturally aware is key.
• Candidate NEEDS to have problem solving mindset. They need to be able to solve when they are in production so nothing gets stuck and they don’t have to move out delivery date. Solve is #1 priority.
• NEEDS to be extremely disciplined, have experience with PO tracking and mastering time and action.
• Candidates NEED to be comfortable using Excel
• NEED someone who has sense of ownership and accountability!
• This candidate NEEDS to be career driven.
