Position Overview:
Do you have experience in retail or interior design development? Are you extremely organized and have a knack for supporting a complex project on track from start to finish?

The Project Coordinator’s responsibilities span a broad spectrum including project planning, project timeline, budget maintenance, and general administration.

What You’ll Do

• Own vendor relationships, manage and effectively source materials, furniture and fixtures for retail stores.
• Coordinate and track all supplier orders
• Create FFE presentations
• Managing FFE budgets and costs
• Manage warehouse including inventory, packing, and deliveries
• Support in managing construction budgets, costs and expenses for overall projects
• Create and maintain interior spec book and sample library
• Support in design collaboration
• Plan team meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain minutes
• 10 – 15% travel to store installations

What You’ll Have

• A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role within retail design, architecture or interior design
• Goal oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with Google Drive and Excel for budgets and organization
• Proficient in AutoCad
• Proficient in InDesign or Photoshop
• Experienced in Design management platform
• Experienced in overseeing projects from concept to completion
