Title: Client Experience Specialist

Location: Austin, TX
Responsibilities:
- Greet, check-in customers
- Verify and update customer account profiles
- Assist customer with general inquiries in person, phone and/or email
- Answer phones to schedule appointments, facilitate customer service inquiries and requests, and familiarize customers with services
- Schedule buying and selling appointments to maximize studio productivity
- Maintain studio and back stock areas
- Participate in cross-training and be flexible to perform varying roles to operate and run the studio
Requirements:
- Customer Service and valuing the client experience
- Extremely organized and ability to multi task
- Strong proficiency working with online websites
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have integrity and consistently exhibit strong work ethic
