This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Brand Marketing professional, with a ‘can do’ mentality. to work for global, premium Haircare Brand and to really want to make a difference!
The role will be a 9 – 12 month FTC, with, potentially, other opportunities at the end of the contract
Brand Lead :
– Brand & Marketing Lead for the UK Market
o Overall responsibility for UK brand management & corporate identity.
o Own & manage the marketing budget.
o Ensure an effective leverage of existing assets / content as well as identifying localised opportunities to create relevant messaging (content, campaigns) & experiences to engage further with the target audience.
o Implementation & execution of the marketing strategy (marketing calendar, campaigns, launches, digital marketing, brand partnerships etc.), ensuring smooth communication & partnership with the Ecom, Retailers & PR teams.
o Be the brand guardian in the UK and work closely with the sales team / E-commerce team to ensure brand strategy, in-store & online activation.
o Oversee the social media & influencer strategy (paid & micros): build the UK community of brand advocates, drive brand awareness and traffic to DTC, identifying new opportunities to increase reach and engagement, deploying the global core content/strategy and regionalized strategies.
o Partner with the E-com team to build & execute the digital paid media + DTC strategy.
o Partner closely with the Education Manager to leverage the global content & create localised content , bringing the science DNA of the brand to life.
o Maintain an effective internal communication flow to ensure that all relevant functions are kept informed of the brand objectives / targets / strategies / information received from the Global Team.
– Oversee the UK brand budget & financial activities, collaborating closely with the Retail, DTC, Pure Players & Finance teams
o Feed the global strategy with UK insights to influence assets / product & campaign development.
o Ensure a seamless integration between the Global and local innovation plans.
– Work closely with the UK Supply Chain to ensure production forecasts is accurate, considers all channels and is communicated on time to the global team.

Key Competencies
• Must have premium / and or luxury haircare / skincare / beauty experience
• Must have strong digital marketing experience & good understanding of ecommerce
• Must have strong and demonstrated people management skills
• Experience working in small-medium business highly advantageous
• Creative and enjoys working in fast-paced environment
• Do’er vs delegator personality – someone that is ok with getting involved and getting the job done
• Must have strong communication and negotiation skills and be able to work with many stakeholders, both internal and external
