JBC Hiring for ASSOCIATE OF FINANCE AND OPERATIONS STRATEGY at New York – Remote, New York Full Time

Location:  New York City, New York or Los Angeles, California

Responsibilities:

• Support annual budget and forecast processes.
• Generate monthly preliminary and final financial statements.
• Creation of various financial reports including monthly P&L’s.
• Analyze financial trends to support leadership team decisions using strong knowledge of strategic finance, FP&A, operational finance as well as various analytic practices (customer, inventory, revenue, and marketing).
• Create and present presentations to key stakeholders.
• Train entry level analysts and assist in the overall growth of the team.

Requirements:

• Excellent educational credentials.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1-4 years of professional experience (Relevant internship experience included).
• Meaningful experience in a finance, consulting, entrepreneurial, or startup setting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong problem solving skills.
