JBC Hiring for ASSOCIATE OF FINANCE AND OPERATIONS STRATEGY at New York – Remote, New York Full Time
Company: Thriving Consumer Goods Company
Location: New York City, New York or Los Angeles, California
Responsibilities:
- Support annual budget and forecast processes.
- Generate monthly preliminary and final financial statements.
- Creation of various financial reports including monthly P&L’s.
- Analyze financial trends to support leadership team decisions using strong knowledge of strategic finance, FP&A, operational finance as well as various analytic practices (customer, inventory, revenue, and marketing).
- Create and present presentations to key stakeholders.
- Train entry level analysts and assist in the overall growth of the team.
Requirements:
- Excellent educational credentials.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-4 years of professional experience (Relevant internship experience included).
- Meaningful experience in a finance, consulting, entrepreneurial, or startup setting.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong problem solving skills.
