The Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide support and direct all full cycle recruiting activities from application to onboarding. This opportunity is responsible for leading all initiatives to source, recruit, screen, assess and present candidates at all levels to the hiring managers. This role will provide essential support to the Talent Acquisition Team for non-executive and executive level searches across all the business units. You will be exposed to a wide variety of recruitment engagement and will be pivotal to the success of the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to research, identify, and recruit high quality candidates, ideally within the Manufacturing industry using databases, Boolean logic searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and online channels (e.g., professional networks and social platforms)
  • Support and direct all full cycle recruiting efforts from application to onboarding
  • Manage and be the primary contact point for hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview process
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to gain full understanding of each position to ensure job descriptions and posting accurately represent core responsibilities and requirements for positions, and set expectations for the recruitment process
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure that job descriptions and posting accurately represent core responsibilities and requirements for positions
  • Access candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
  • Manage requisitions and job postings using the Applicant Tracking System and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
  • Ability to utilize extensive on-line search techniques to identify high quality candidates and top competitors
  • Ability to understand and effectively use Applicant Tracking System, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness
  • Coordinate and plan interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and phone and in-person interviews
  • Develop, over time, industry expertise by maintaining an awareness of industry trends and “best in class” leaders/future leaders
  • Present any new or additional training materials to improve Talent Acquisition Team
  • Tracks and generates activity reports for management
  • Effectively communicate position opportunity and client value proposition
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • A strong drive for results and a commitment to excellence
  • Performs other functions as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
  • 3-5 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience, in either working within Corporate or agency recruitment environment
  • 3-5 years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers and Executive Leaders throughout the recruitment process
  • 3-5 years of experience conducting competency and behavioral based interviews, and familiar with Applicant Tracking System experience
  • Hands-on strategic sourcing experience using tools such as (LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and social media)
  • High level of proficiency with Applicant Tracking System, Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Exceptional interpersonal, research, analytical, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and communication skills (both written and verbal) required
  • Ability to work in a highly functioning team environment, self-motivated and driven
