Global manufacturer of machinery for the beef and dairy industry, located in Orton, Ontario is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Performing inspection, sampling and testing duties to ensure that manufactured and purchased product fulfills all quality requirements.
• Reviewing/Auditing documents, standards and procedures for accuracy.
• Ensuring that all required quality control and quality assurance policies and procedures are adhered to within the organization.
• Reporting any quality issues and identifying trends.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Must possess: 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in a Quality role in a fabrication environment
• Education in a quality discipline and/or a minimum of 2 years similar working experience
• Working experience with Epicor or similar ERP system and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Ability to problem solve
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks, excellent attendance, and the ability to work as a team player.

Other Information:

• Permanent Full-time position to start as soon as possible.
• Wages to be based on experience.
• Knowledge of farm equipment an asset.
