Role:
Designs and codes software components, units, and modules to meet product specifications and development schedules for clients/customers. Tests and debugs software components and units. Participates in system and subsystem planning. Adheres to product build and release schedules and strategies. Requires knowledge of one or more platforms and operating systems and of JAVA. Typically requires knowledge of one or more systems architectures such as client/server and distributed processing. Incumbents typically have a BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Qualifications: BS degree with 5+ years experience OR 7+ years experience.
Full stack developer w/strong Java experience
Experience with UI technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
Experience with SQL (particularly PostgreSQL)
Strong LINUX skills
Experience with Tomcat
Experience with PHP
Experience with Atlassian Tools (JIRA, Confluence)
Eclipse
Git
Python
Strong work ethics and focused developer with high productivity.
Within the last 7 years, a minimum of 5 years’ experience with designing, coding, testing, and debugging software to run under either Microsoft Windows (XP or later) or UNIX (Solaris 8 or later, Redhat LINUX) Operating System
Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
