Agata & Valentina, a leader in the upscale specialty food retail business is hiring for an Accounts Payable/ Data entry/inventory position!

This is a great opportunity for recent grad or anyone who wants to get their foot in the door of as an Accounts Payable/Inventory Data Entry clerk in a busy and thriving accounting department with duties including but not limited to entry of invoices in our data base, vendor relations, inventory control and food costing in a well known specialty food company.

This position will be involved with learning and helping to implement a perpetual inventory with diverse computer systems, interact with vendors and be involved with all phases of the inventory process!

Requirements:

Typing minimum 60 wpm

AS degree or previous data entry/accounts payable experience

Proficient in Excel

Vendor relations

Detailed oriented

Sharp analytical skills
