Jasper Rose Hiring for Accounts Payable Supervisor Job at London, England Full Time

An Accounts Payable Supervisor is required to work for a global, luxury retail brand on a permanent basis based in West London (with hybrid working available of 3 days in the office). Working for this internationally renowned business, you will be joining at an exciting time as the business looks to invest and hire new headcount to facilitate its growth and strengthen its name as one of the major luxury brands in the market.
Reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager, you will be leading an Accounts Payable team of 2 but will be amongst a much wider finance team. You will be integral in driving change and transformation in the Accounts Payable function including implementing more automated processes.
Responsibilities will include:

• Line management for 2 Accounts Payable Clerks including KPI monitoring, 1-2-1’s and reviews
• Assisting with high volume invoice processing of multiple currencies during busy periods and being the point of contact for complex and escalated queries
• Approval of expenses and reimbursements
• Assisting with month-end close of the ledger
• Implementing new controls and processes, including producing documentation of these processes
• Managing ad-hoc accounts payable projects

The successful candidate will have 3+ years Accounts Payable experience and it is essential that you have previously supervised a team. Experience working for a retail/fashion business is advantageous and knowledge of SAP is preferable. To succeed in this role you will be proactive in nature with a pragmatic approach and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders internationally.
