What is the opportunity?
We have entry level sales recruitment positions available in our Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Tampa office locations.
This is a 100% on-site position with the opportunity to be hybrid at further levels in your career path after you have demonstrated you can perform consistently and successfully.

How will you be compensated?
Compensation for this role is comprised of a combination of base salary plus uncapped commission.
First-year on target earnings are $50k- $80k and second-year on target earnings are $100k + for individuals who are successful in this position. Long-term potential? Our top performers earn upwards of $250k!

Work Life Balance: We offer 10 vacation days in your first year, 20 vacation days in your second year, and 25 in year three onwards, plus 5 sick days, 1 “You Day” per quarter (must be present for the full quarter to be entitled), and your birthday off.
Wellness: Relieve your stress and get counselling through LifeWorks, our Employee Mental Health and Wellbeing support partner. As mentioned above, we also give one You Day off per quarter because sometimes you just need to focus on YOU! We also offer discounts and perks program through Perks @ Work.
