Jarvis Cole Hiring for Enterprise Sales Director Full Time

They are simulatenously in need of a Enterprise Accunt Executive as well who would be more of a hunter, acquiring new logos.

Our client is a B2B, SaaS startup in the location tech vertical that has experienced some massive growth recently and needs a candidate who can partner with their enterprise customers on implementations, upsells, renewals as well as a relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships
• Upsell functionality of the software and push renewals
• Expand current accounts and drive ARR
• Collaborate with product, engineering, customer success etc. to ensure proper delivery
• Ability to speak with technical leaders on their level

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Enterprise Account Manager / Director
• Strong enterprise, client-facing skills
• SaaS background is required
• Retail / eComm background preferred
• Technical consulting experience a huge plus
• Track record of driving ARR
• Customer Success background preferred
• This position is for candidates based in NY / NJ, Philadelphia or Greater Boston area ONLY.

If in Boston, you must be willing to be in-office 1-2x per week.

If in NY / NJ or Philadelphia, you must be willing to travel to their Boston offices a couple days per month.
