JARAL Fashions Hiring for DESIGNER – To $100K BOE – Boy’s Toddler at New York, New York Full Time

BOY’S TODDLER, minimum 2-3 years experience in designing cartoon character licensed boys toddler or private label boys toddler. Must hang with Children’s Apparel Group, Disney, Marvel, etc. Experience with design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience with design techniques and fabrications. Understand visual design and have a good understanding of color combinations. Team Player and open to design changes. Have a keen eye for detail. Be familiar with FAC approvals. Strong in flat sketches, familiar with License Boys Toddler Brands. Capable of designing into License with current trends in mind. Experience in approving lab-dip/ strike off approvals. Experience in fabric qualities. Experience in reviewing/revising tech packs. Experience in attending fit with making fit comments. Work closely with the tech department. Capable of giving good direction to Graphic/Print artist for what is needed. Able to make deadlines. Experience in working in a fast-paced environment. Established midtown kidswear apparel importer.
