JANUS et Cie Hiring for Talent Acquisition Manager Job at Santa Fe Springs, CA Full Time

JANUS et Cie currently has an opening for a Talent Acquisition Manager to manage domestic and international recruiting needs of the company. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Manager will work with Hiring Managers and senior leadership to ensure a quality applicant experience for targeted prospective candidates and ensure that the Company’s hiring needs are met in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the overall talent acquisition strategy for the company
• Develop recruitment strategy to include, job optimization, recruiting marketing channels, job board procurement, recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
• Manage the recruitment process life cycle, including initial assessment, interviews, and job offers
• Partner closely with hiring managers to screen, process, and on-board candidates
• Manage the recruitment process and applicants in accordance with regulatory and record-keeping requirements
• Keep up to date on market trends and offer strategic recommendations and solutions to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
• Manage and engage in passive candidate sourcing through LinkedIn
• Work with Human Resources Partners and Finance Team to ensure that hiring needs are in line with budgeted headcount
• Give recommendation to improve recruiting bottlenecks
• Complete weekly and monthly recruiting reports and analyze trends
• Attend trade shows and other networking events
• Manage all relationships with external recruiters
• Serve as the point of contact for all vendor relationships related to Talent Acquisition (Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.)
• Suggest and implement measures for improved recruiting processes
• Take creative and resourceful measures to find qualified talent
• Develop college recruiting programs
• Develop JANUS et Cie Internship Program

Experience and qualifications:

• BS/BA in Business, Human Resources or related field is preferred; certification (PHR/SPHR) is a plus
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition
• Knowledge of Human Resources best practices and current regulations
• Professional and warm demeanor coupled with the ability to build rapport with both candidates and internal stakeholders
• Strategic thinker with a “can do” attitude
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a diverse, collaborative, fast-paced environment while adhering to high ethical standards
• Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking Systems such as Lever, Greenhouse, Taleo, iCIMs, Workable, etc.
• Proficiency on the Microsoft suite of products (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $125,000.00 per year
