Training Coordinator

Job Summary

Responsible for conducting training to newly hired and existing employees. With a focus on teaching Janitronics team clean and cleaning for health philosophy. The candidate will offer employees through classroom and hands-on training the knowledge and skillset needed to perform their duties to the companys standard.

Primary responsibilities

Conduct 2-day new hire training on a weekly basis.

Visit sites and perform on-site training of existing employees.

Assess orientation sessions to evaluate training effectiveness and suggest ways to improve the employees learning experience.

Perform on-site process audits.

Meet with managers and supervisors to determine needs.

Assist Operations Managers in meeting compliance standards

Identify and assess training needs within the branch.

Hold meetings and presentations on learning material.

Qualifications

Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred

Great interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of various training and teaching methods

Excellent decision making and organizational skills

Good time-management skills

Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on companys success

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Team player

Proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office

Experience with Learning Management System and Articulate 360 a plus
