The role
As an Accounts Officer , this role assists with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank reconciliations and Credit Cards. Manages the Purchase Order Process.
Duties include:

• Manage finance inbox
• Create purchase orders
• Seek approvals for all expenses as per Delegation of Authority (DoA)
• Match supplier invoices to POs and save supporting documentation
• Generate and send all customer invoices (Licence fees, Projects)
• Batch upload of school invoices via Shopify
• Collections and debt escalation process
• Prepare and distribute fortnightly AR aging report
• Manage, process, and reconcile all credit card transactions for the group
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Assist with month end reconciliations
• Assist with ad hoc projects

About you*

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a similar role for at least 2 years. You will ideally have Intermediate level Excel skills along with Sound organisational ability and time management skills, attention to detail. Your experience will be underpinned by Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting or similar certification.
