The Role
We are searching for an Accountant to join the Finance team on a permanent full-time basis. The key responsibility of this role is maintaining the integrity of the general ledger and assisting with the timely delivery of accurate month end reporting including project revenue and cost reports. The role also has responsibility for supporting the finance team in meeting statutory reporting and other regulatory requirements.

Day to day this role will see you:

• Process month end journals (e.g. income in advance, prepayments, fixed assets, accruals)
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintenance of the Fixed asset register
• Prepare project reports for revenue reporting and cost review
• Assist with interim and annual financial reporting
• Assist with the implementation of a new Finance ERP system and other finance systems.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as required

You
The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor of Accounting
• Good knowledge of Microsoft excel
• Exceptional attention for detail and accuracy
• Studying towards CA/CPA
• Prior experience in a similar role (desirable)
• Experience working with Netsuite would be a bonus
