About you:

You’re an organisational powerhouse, a social media nerd and an absolute gun when it comes to managing social media accounts and writing beautiful copy.

You live and breathe social media [specifically, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok], and are passionate about building cool brands through the power of strategic social media management.

You love nothing more than not only *building* loyal communities for brands, but also *nurturing* these communities with amazing content. You have a soft spot for beautifully-flowing systems, community management, scheduling and spreading your creative wings on social media.

You’ve got a great technical ability, are able to seamlessly skate yourself through the backend of Canva, scheduling platforms, Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn, and don’t flinch at writing captions that are on brand and make our client’s audiences connect with us and take action.

This role is virtual, with preference to Sydney-based applicants. From time to time, this role will require you to be on-site.

The Job Description:

A day in the life…

• Full reign over clients’ social media accounts [organic]
• Daily posting to client accounts
• Daily Community management, i.e. monitoring and responding to all engagement [comments, DMs, tagged images, and more].
• Copywriting: writing killer captions that are in line with their overall social media strategy
• Scheduling posts
• Content creation, video editing
• Creating fortnightly content schedules
• Generating content ideas
• Client meetings, team meetings
• ing to Jarrah [our Managing Director] and Gabi [our Head of Social]

You are a…

• Self-starter and can think for yourself

• Generator of fresh ideas and regularly bring them to the team

Our “holy smokes” aka dream candidate would have…

• 2+ years agency experience
• Proven track record of managing multiple brand accounts
• Content creation interest/skills
• Strong Canva experience
• Strong experience in Instagram stories and reels
• TikTok experience

Other information about this role

• Our clients are really special to us, we pride ourselves on our level of service. Therefore we will be leaning on you to meet deadlines, deliver outstanding work to communicate openly and transparently with us, and to bring strong innovation and ideation to the social media presence of our clients.
• There will be instances where we may meet up in person, for team events planning sessions.
• Salary range is 65-75k based on experience will be discussed with shortlisted applicants.
