Lotte is on a growth journey, we hold the title of the world’s second largest duty free retailer operating 20 duty free stores, and have recently opened our new 3,000 M2 Flagship store in Sydney CBD which is like nothing else in Australia.
Reporting the General Manager – People & Culture, the People & Culture Advisor will be based in our beautifully renovated Collins St offices 3 days per week with the option of working from home 2 days per week.

Who are you?
You are someone with experience in People & Culture, who is ready to take that next step in your career.
You will have a true generalist background with experience in all areas of the employment life cycle from talent acquisition, on-boarding, performance, retention, training & development, employee engagement, OHS, workforce planning, through to ER/IR.- You will also have a keen interest in developing your skills in all areas of the People & Culture function.
You function best in a small People & Culture team, while being supported by an innovative and inclusive Manager.
Previous experience with a retail environment will be highly regarding, but not essential.
