Jam Cafe Inc is Looking for Assistant Manager Full Time

Our company is currently seeking a person to fill the Assistant Manager position. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers, and will oversee the store during the day. The ideal candidate for this position has retail management experience, is an effective leader and familiar with POS systems.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage projects.
• Communicate with senior members of the staff.
• Manage team members and other resources.
• Manage customer relations.
