Jaguar Land Rover is going through an exciting period of change as it reimagines the future of modern luxury by design through its two distinct, British brands. This is a new role within the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and the successful candidate will play a key role in helping to bring the Reimagine strategy to life and position Jaguar Land Rover as a modern luxury employer of choice.

The successful candidate will help support international recruitment projects and will take a lead role supporting the Head of Recruitment, with the management of the operational and project related activity within the Talent Acquisition function.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities include:

• Taking a lead role co-ordinating project related activity within the Talent Acquisition function in support of the Head of Recruitment
• Leading and scoping projects, as required, in conjunction with Head of Recruitment and their first line team by developing plans, monitoring and working with key stakeholders to ensure delivery to plan
• Improving data quality, governance reporting and dashboards
• Working with the international HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and/or the local TA leads and/or local recruitment agencies to ensure the successful delivery of international recruitment projects (inclusive of both internal and external hiring)
• Leading on the creation of weekly reporting packs to update stakeholders on the health of a recruitment campaign, market information
• Driving continuous improvement activities
• Working alongside the Recruitment Marketing Manager to help to continuously develop and improve the employer branding activity in the international markets to support your project activity

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• An In-house or RPO Recruiter, ideally with experience of recruiting at volume engineering and technology talent in an international marketplace
• Experienced leading complex international recruitment projects
• Exceptional project management skills, able to work in an Agile environment and ideally, familiar using tools such as Jira
• Able to liaise and build networks with internal stakeholders and be positive, decisive, driven, and forward thinking
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Data driven and analytical, comfortable working with data
• Self-motivated, with the ability to drive own performance
• Methodical, with a detailed approach to work
